Youtube Videos Authentic Listening: Mad TV--Low Cost Airlines

I originally designed this listening to lead in to a lesson on Budget Airlines (for the Lifestyle Intermediate textbook).  But perhaps it can also be used on its own.
The video is online here.  The PowerPoint Presentation is embedded below, and on Google (drive, slides, pub).  The transcript is on Google (drive, docs, pub), and below.

You are going to watch a short comedy sketch from a 2007 American TV show about low-cost airlines.  What is the joke?  Why is this supposed to be funny?

**********************************************

Watch the comedy sketch again, and answer these questions:
How much does a seatbelt cost? _________
How much does a release flap cost? _________
What is the charge for looking at the pamphlet? _________
What is the charge for looking at the pamphlet quickly and then putting it back? _________
What is the cost for getting the flow of oxygen started? _________

Listen again and fill in the missing words:
Welcome aboard. It’s 2007, and we are more committed to your safety than ever.  And that’s why we’d like you to pay careful ________________ to this important safety information.  First, please make sure that your seatbelt is securely fastened.  Seatbelts can be purchased for $5.  To fasten, insert the metal fitting into the buckle, and tighten the buckle by pulling the loose end away from you.  To release, purchase a release flap for $7.  Now I know what you’re thinking: we’ve never paid for seatbelts before!
Once we’ve reached our cruising altitude, your flight attendant may, or may not, go down the aisle with snacks.  If she chooses to, each ________________ will be given a single peanut.
Lavatories are located at the front, and the rear, of the airport.
Please take a moment to look at your safety pamphlet.  The charge for looking at this pamphlet is $3.  The charge for looking at this pamphlet and putting it back quickly is $4.

Should there be a rapid change in cabin pressure, oxygen masks will automatically drop from the compartment above your seat free of charge.  Place the mask over your nose and mouth, and to start the flow of oxygen, pay your flight attendant $75.63.   (I can’t breath).  As always, exact change is ________________.  (Do you have change for a--do you have change for a 20?  I have $34.)
Now I know that some of you are still concerned about getting there safely.  Enjoy your ________________.

Bonus:
How do we pronounce the numbers in spoken English?
2007= _________________________
$5= _________________________, $4= _________________________.
$75.63= _________________________
