The Monkey is an important figure in American-Born Chinese. Thought you should know.
You know, I actually noticed that you posted about it a few weeks ago. I Googled it after you posted, and read the Wikipedia entry, and read that the Monkey was one of the characters.
By the way, while we're trading trivia, after, I I saw latest Indiana Jones movie, I was doing some research online, and discovered that the plot of the 3rd Indiana Jones movie was almost Indiana Jones meeting the Monkey. https://indianajones.fandom.com/wiki/Indiana_Jones_and_the_Monkey_King
* Sorry, should say "...when you posted about it..."
Or "Indiana Jones Meets The Bomb." Wow, did people get bent out of shape about that!
