[A "Find Someone Who" game to practice making questions in the past simple. The students write out the question form before the game. (Or in classes when we are running short on time, I just drill them on this orally instead.). Before the game I highlight that there are two questions where they need to find a "no" answer: (find someone who didn't get enough sleep, and find someone who didn't eat breakfast). A second sheet is for students to play again, making their own questions. If time allows.]
