Remind students of Classroom rules
Lead-in/Building Background: Show first slide of school supplies. Get students to identify what it is. Ask students what other school supplies they know.
Model Text: Read the Storybook. Elicit names of school supplies as we go.
Language clarification: elicit names and drill pronunciation on slides 3-14
Practice 1: Have students find the school supplies on pages 38-39.
Practice 2: Play “What’s missing?” with the vocabulary.
Fast finishers can work on the coloring sheet.
