For better or for worse, I have absolutely nothing intelligent to say about this episode. It was mostly new information for me, and I have no intelligent commentary.
I will say that I enjoyed it completely, and would recommend it to anyone working in the field. The TEFLologists do another great interview. Sarah Mercer proves to be an engaging interview subject, and has a lot of good insights.
And I thought I got some good information about how to give feedback to learners, and how to view my own professional development.
