The PowerPoint template comes from Kyle Ludeke. The questions come from English Grammar in Use by Raymond Murphy (A) p.66-67.
The questions from Murphy make use of several different variations of should. (advice, probability, and past tense versus present tense.) Ideally this game works best as a review after the students have already done the explanation and exercises on p.66-67.
