I found this Youtube channel when searching for videos on the present perfect.  

This is a bit of an unusual channel to include in my index Youtube Videos to Use as Model Texts for Grammar Lesson, because it's mostly grammar explanations instead of model texts.  However, within the videos, the Youtubers sometimes include little mini dialogues or monologues to illustrate the grammar point, and if you can isolate those bits, you can use these videos as model texts.
The majority of the videos on this channel don't appear to be focused on grammar, but there are a number of grammar videos.  For example:

...but like I said, this channel is not primarily focused on grammar.  So it would work equally as well (perhaps better even) as a recommendation for Extensive Listening.
