From VNexpress: HCMC to extend social distancing until September 15

So I guess I know where I'm going to be sitting for the next month.

Now, as with the last extension, this is not a surprise.  Based on the numbers, I expected nothing less.  Nor do I disagree.  (This seems like the only way to keep us all safe.)  But, I will say this, this never ending lockdown is really starting to get me down.
