Either... Or Scrambled Sentences

This is a standard scrambled sentences worksheet.  (The cards are cut up and shuffled.  In groups of 2 or 3, students re-arrange the cards out on the grid to make sentences, and glue them into the correct formation.)  In my classes, I used this to supplement English World 4 Unit 5 Grammar in Conversation p.61.

You must choose	either	the dog	or	the cat
you can drink	either	tea	or	coffee
You can wear	either	shoes	or	sandals
You can watch	either	the movie	or	the cartoon
You can eat	either	pizza	or	hamburgers
you can read	either	the book	or	the comic book
You can sleep	either	on the bed	or	on the mat
