[There's no questions on this sheet.  It is just purely an attempt to better explain the rules of forming reported speech for questions.  I used it in conjunction with a textbook that provided exercises, but not a lot of explanations.

Yes/No Questions:

Is Tom a student?

Auxiliary Verb	Subject	Object
Is	Tom	a student?

She asked me if Tom was a student.

She asked me	if	Subject	Auxiliary verb	Object
		Tom	was	a student

(Remember: V1 changes to V2, and V2 changes to had+ V3)

Do you like soccer?

Auxiliary Verb	Subject	Main verb	Object
Do	you	like	soccer?

She asked me if I liked soccer.

She asked me	if	Subject	Main Verb	Object
		I	liked	soccer
