It's tempting to criticize the guy, but there are a lot of nice things about him. And besides, doing that on a blog I first originally came to read a review related from (Linguistics Wars) is the last thing I should ever do.
ReplyDeleteBut well, at some point I just found myself doing better, when I decided to completely ignore contingency arguments - a.k.a Y's existence is enabled by X, therefore X must really exist (and thus X is great, important, and meaningful!).
